Worship with us! Sunday mornings at 10:15 am

9408 Macon Road

The vision of EHCC is to be and become a church where anyone is welcome, everyone is

accepted, and no one stays the same. We exist to demonstrate the life-changing power of

an encounter with Jesus and to display His love in our community and beyond. To

minister the truth of Gods word boldly and unashamedly with truth, love, and passion, to

know Christ and to make Him known.

Plant Gods Word in our hearts

Reach beyond the four walls with the love of Jesus in tangible ways

Edify one another in the Lord as we seek to live for Jesus

Amplify the name of The Lord as we seek to live for Jesus

Challenge the saints by equipping them with the entire Word of God

Heal the broken, mend the hurting, and tend to the needs of our community,

nation and world.

Jake Claunch is the Lead Pastor of Eagle Heights. Having grown up in southern Louisiana in a pastor's home, he has been in training for ministry almost his entire life. He and his wife Ashley met in High School and shortly after their graduation were married. Jake had a falling away from Christ in his latter teenage years and at age 22 after coming to what he refers to as his "Rock Bottom Place". He surrendered to God and began to pursue ministry, he went back to school and attended Southeastern Louisiana University and then Ministers Training Institute in Baton Rouge, La. before taking a part-time youth pastor position at their home church in Louisiana.  After becoming the full-time youth pastor one year later, and growing a successful student ministry, he became the Associate Pastor where he served in all facets of church life ministries from pulpit ministry to overseeing construction projects of the church.

Jake his wife Ashley along with their children moved to Memphis 11 years ago with the desire to have a church where people can be taught not only the basics of a relationship with Christ but to grow beyond the basics and become firmly grounded in the Word of God being made into disciples that would be a witness of Christ outside the 4 walls of the church.  A church full of strong families, marriages, singles, young people, and children. It is their passion to see Eagle Heights be a beacon of hope and a radiant ray of life to the Memphis community and beyond. Under Pastor Jake's leadership, Eagle Heights has grown from a small group of just seven meeting in his living room to a sizeable congregation that is truly making a difference in Memphis, but as pastor Jake would say "God's best is yet to come and He has more for us to do" So like Jesus, we fervently seek to always be about the Fathers kingdom business.

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.  1 John 5:14
